Notorious Brands tapped for Tetris toys and merchandise

Notorious has been designated the merchandising licensing agency for the Tetris brand for Iberia.

Notorious Brands & People (Notorious) and The Tetris Company, LLC, today announced that Notorious has been designated the merchandising licensing agency for the Tetris brand for Iberia. For the Spanish and Portuguese markets, Notorious will create new merchandising opportunities for a variety of product categories, including apparel, consumer products, accessories and toys.

“While Tetris fans worldwide are joined by their appreciation for the iconic brand, we know that every market is unique, and are continuously looking for partners who will enable us to introduce lifestyle products and experiences specific to that región,” said Maya Rogers, CEO of Blue Planet software, Inc., sole agent for the Tetris brand. “That’s why we’re pleased to be working with Notorious to bring fun, innovative products to fans across Spain and Portugal.”

 

Tetris is one of the most popular retro video games in the world with a legacy stretching back to 1984 and is still played by millions around the world through its mobile, browser and console versions.
