More than 400 companies are set to showcase their baby and infant product lines at next year’s event.
Next year’s Spielwarenmesse will have a major focus on baby and infant products and exhibitors, with two halls and a special area dedicated to the sector.
More than 400 companies are set to showcase their baby and infant offering at the event, with the majority of the suppliers located in halls two and three.
The likes of Sauthon Industries from France, Mora Ferre e Hijos Interbaby from Spain and the German company Reisenthel, for example, will be appearing in Nuremberg for the first time.
Meanwhile, following a four-year break, founding member Steiff joined the Spielwarenmesse again in 2017 and is returning for 2018's show.
“We’re delighted to be part of the Spielwarenmesse again. The segment devoted to baby and infant articles has clearly gained in importance and we really value the high quality of the international trade buyers,” said Simone Pürckhauer, head of PR for Steiff.
“The world’s leading toy fair was and still is the industry meeting place – which is why we’re so pleased to be back again next year.”
Following the debut during last year’s show, 2018’s special event promises to provide retailers and buyers with inspiration for incorporating side ranges that complement their own business models.
The area will focus on baby toys, textiles, travel systems, home and safety and more.
